Kisha brings nearly a decade of progressive, hands-on experience across all facets of property management, advancing from leasing roles to full-scale community leadership. This deep industry background gives her a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, asset performance, and the precise execution required to successfully sustain thriving residential communities.
As Vice President of Coastal Bay Asset Management, Robert oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, organizational strategy, and performance systems. He focuses on driving operational efficiency, leadership alignment, and building the scalable processes necessary to support both client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Robert brings over two decades of leadership and operational experience spanning both military and corporate environments.
